BRECON AUCTION

Brecon Market 6.5.08.
   Approximately 40 horses and ponies, including a donkey, were offered for
sale at Brecon horse and pony sale today .The condition of all was good, with most
having access to hay. The horses were nicely turned out, some plaited and
ridden in well fitting tack. The colored cobs had beautiful, clean, manes,
tails and feathers.
  The majority of animals were led into the pens, making the whole
experience relaxed and calm.
The condition of the horses and ponies was definitely reflected in the
prices and hopefully the fact that most of the animals were handled, will
mean they have the chance of a more secure future.
