Set in beautiful Herefordshire/Worcestershire border countryside EMW-UK in Herefordshire enjoys the panoramic views from Lodore Farm near Bromyard.
Here we have scrupulously clean gently sloping sheltered pasture land, safely fenced and with varying ground surfaces to ensure healthy hooves.
Our yard allows us to cater for a comfortable 12 horses and ponies but we can take up to 15 in times of emergency.
We appreciate your kind support but please bear in mind we are a sanctuary, not a riding school, and as such have horses and ponies on site who may not always be people friendly. It is home and security for many away from abuse or neglect of previous ownership, many chose not to be in close proximity of visitors, that is their right.
We also do all we can to ensure you are safe so please follow instructions and please do not hand feed treats.
If you would like to bring treats we will happily distribute them at normal feeding times to all those who are not on diets!

If you bring children along please ensure that they are under your close supervision at all times.
We actively encourage children to become involved in welfare and have small information packs available for over 5's but need to know ages and numbers prior to arrival. In  winte r and wet periods wellingtons are advised as are warm coats and hats.

Dogs are not permitted on our informational walks and we do not advocate animals being left in vehicles so please leave your dogs at home.
